Definately go out and have fun. Ideas: bandana for your head,patch for eye, big hoop earring, white shirt with long puffy sleeve or white shirt and put vest over it, skirt with pleates or pointed at bottom, black shoes or boots.. You can also find really cute costumes like this at the stores.
