halloween party!!?
im throwing a halloween party and i dont have much money. my mom is paying for the food and drinks and stuff and i have halloween music, but i dont know what to do for decorations.
party is a monster mash theme and i dont want ideas for decorating like cut out a black bat and hang it from the ceiling. i can buy some things but not a lot. i want to make my base ment look like a haunted house, and the things i know i NEED to buy, are cob webs, a scary portrait that flashes into a skeleton, black lightbulbs, a fog machine, and maybe some candleabras.
can i make decoration wise?

Take old pillowcases and stuff the heads,use glow in the dark paint for the face and hang from the ceiling.Use any old white material.Stuff old clothes and make people sitting around or laying.Again make the head stuffed with a face or without a face.To stuff the people use clothing that is good so theres no waste and free.Use your imagination.
