Any Fall Craft Ideas?

Time to start thinking about some fun fall crafts. My best friend is bringing over her son on Thursday, and both our boys are the same age- 3 going on 4. We wanted to do some kind of craft with them but not necessarily Halloween.

Does anybody have any ideas for something like harvesty or something, maybe to do with apples or pumpkins? Any suggestions would be great! Thanx!
